Our comprehensive programs are designed to cleanse your body and bring you back to vibrant health and vitality. This is achieved through physical and emotional cleansing, while staying at our cozy inn on the magical Island of Martha’s Vineyard, a place that is naturally conducive to healing.

The Martha’s Vineyard Holistic Retreat is a private healing place where individuals come for physical and mental cleansing. A place to get away from life’s stresses and focus on learning and healing. A place to begin to put into practice nutritional and lifestyle changes that enable the body to regain vibrant health by restoring its own natural healing power.

The low-key atmosphere at the Holistic Retreat sets the stage for a complete personal cleansing and detox diet featuring a daily organic fresh vegetable juice, high density antioxidant and green drinks, and cleansing soups. Under the guidance of wellness therapists, naturopaths, nutritionists and other health professionals, guests participate in personalized daily plans designed to help regain health and vitality.

The daily schedule includes numerous relaxing and enjoyable therapies. You will breathe unpolluted air, drink distilled waters, and release stress from your mind, body, and soul.

Some of the services and intensive treatments that are included with your retreat package are Colon HydroTherapy, Alpha Spa Capsule, SOQi Bed, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Cellulite Treatment, Body Wraps, Ionic Detox Foot Baths, High Heat Detox, and Coffee/Cleansing Enemas. We also have the following as treatments you can do at any time of the day by yourself: Chi Machine, SAD Light Box, Rebounder, Foot Reflexology, and Hot Tub/Sauna.

The retreat incorporates the healthy-living principles of founder, naturopath and NY Times best-selling author Dr. Roni DeLuz, who has been helping clients from around the world for over 15 years.

At the Martha’s Vineyard Health Retreat, the approach is a holistic detox protocol defined in Dr. Roni Deluz’s book 21 pounds in 21 days, the Martha’s Vineyard Diet Detox. The detox is a fully liquid protocol you will not chew while you are at the Retreat.

We address the major factors that impact your health, beauty, and well being your body, mind, and emotions. Our program is sequential in the steps taken throughout the healing process. It is a total detoxification process that enables you to purge your body of the physical toxins, and your mind of the emotional toxins that prevent your body’s immune system from continuously producing the millions of healthy cells you need for day-in/day-out strength and vitality.

Each morning of your retreat, you will wake up to the soothing sounds of music, such as the gregorian chants, to aid in relieving stress. Music therapy is applied as a therapeutic cleansing intervention. Stress is a major toxin that causes overworked and fatigued muscles that are overloaded with metabolic waste. The sound of music works at the bioenergetic centers of the brain to elevate negative emotions lodged in the psyche.

You will put on comfortable clothing, wear slippers, and be joined by the other guests at the breakfast nook for your first detoxification drink and a selection of herbal teas.

You will have at least one intensive daily therapy and will be guided through numerous self-directed therapies including chi machine, rebounder, infrared sauna, yoga, pilates and walking. These therapies are applied from the outset to assist in faster elimination of metabolic waste as well as to stimulate your nerve supply and cell activity. You will fill out a detailed profile on your health to assist the therapist in your overall cleansing program and will be given a treatment schedule upon arrival.

Lunch will consist of a fresh vegetable juice, which is critical to healing and detoxing at the Retreat. .

The afternoon therapies are individualized according to your schedule. Our major focus is physical and emotional cleansing. You may be involved in a specific cleanse such as parasite, liver, gallbladder, kidney or colon cleansing, which are comprehensive.

Because you are visiting Martha’s Vineyard Island, we will offer you every planned opportunity to engage in island pursuits. During the afternoon or evenings you can stroll through town, enjoy an island tour, exercise at the Mansion House Fitness Club, explore walking trails, a specific island event or tourist attraction. The evening is a perfect time to take that stroll to some of the quaint towns on the Island of Martha’s Vineyard.

Dinnertime soups are homemade and enzyme rich to ensure total detoxification and cleansing. It is important not to have solid foods during your physical and emotional cleanse program. You will learn the theory behind a detoxification diet from the naturopath or therapist.

We recommend you end your day with an evening cleanse which may be one of the following: sauna, dry brush massage or a soothing bath. Your healing space will be controlled with music and aromatherapy.

Your entire environment will be peaceful. You can relax by the fireplace in the winter, sit in a relaxing hot tub and meditate, or take the sunrise power walk before breakfast. We make every moment of your stay peaceful so that a total cleanse can take place.

4:00 pm: Afternoon Educational Class/Information Session
5:00 pm: Dinner – Hot vegetable soup, Broth, Tea, Vitamin Drinks
6:00 pm: Social Hour, visits from Dr. Roni & others

Optional Accommodations

There are occasions when clients don’t stay in our facility. In the event the Retreat is fully booked, or if you prefer more luxurious accommodations (the Retreat accommodations are very modest), you can attend the program with us daily while you sleep at adjacent hotels or bed and breakfast inns. Please talk to your Reservations Associate for more details.
