10:00 | Colonic treatment, Alpha Spa, Ionic Detox Foot Bath, (first intensive therapy for the day) |
11:00 | High density Green drink |
1:00 pm | Fresh live juice |
1:30 | Chi Machine, walk, SoQi bed detox, extra therapy |
2:30-4:30 Pm | "Siesta Time" (when our therapists go on break) Walk, Shop, Rest, or "Field trips" |
3:00 | Antioxidant drink (Regenicare) (during siesta time) |
5:00 Pm | Dinner: homemade soup, enzymes, tea, customized nutrients per Naturopath and an Educational Class with our Naturopath |
6:00-7:30 PM | Private consultations with other consultants as scheduled by the Naturopath. Health Assessments by professional staff. Night time supplements |
8Pm | Bed time/Wind down |
