 9 AM   Water with 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar, Whole Grain Bread , Tart Fruit, Berries or Grapefruit ?

 1 PM      Water with 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar, Low Fat Meat like Cold water Fish or  Chicken or Roast Beef                          salad and Low Fat yogurt  -food Enzymes

 5 PM      Water with 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar, vegetable soup/salad/ low fat yogurt -food Enzymes and 

Bedtime   Water with 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar and again yogurt

Following the apple cider diet simply involves consuming it in small quantity on a daily basis. It is available in both liquid and pill form.  Supplementation must begin slowly and  only after consulting with a doctor.

Though apple cider vinegar is acidic in nature it turns alkaline once it is metabolized inside the body. This helps increase the body’s alkaline level. A highly alkaline level helps prevent a plethora of serious health conditions like cancer, acid regurgitation, arthritis, immune disorders, etc.

Anecdotal evidence suggests that regular consumption of ACV reduces the pain associated with arthritis.
