Individual Holistic Education Plans

Our I-HEP Plans are designed for clients with very specific holistic needs. Clients receive a comprehensive, 2 to 4 page report from Dr. DeLuz defining a personal holistic plan, tailored to fit their unique needs and goals.

Complete the form below to receive your H-HIT. Once that is completed and mailed, you will receive your Individual Holistic Education Plan, custom-tailored to fit your specific health needs and goals.

I would like to take advantage of the Individual Holistic Education Plan (I-HEP), prepared by Roni DeLuz, ND. a naturopathic doctor and lifestyle consultant.

I understand this plan (I-HEP) can only be implemented after I complete and mail in the Health Indicator Test (H-HIT). The I-HEP will then be customized by a naturopathic doctor and other health professionals according to the results of my H-HIT. A typical I-HEP is two to four pages. I understand that this I-HEP is designed to educate me in a healthier lifestyle, and is an effort to offer personalized attention for the many questions and concerns I may have about my health.

The initial fee for this service is $95.00m which covers the processing of the Holistic Indicator Test and the initial preparation of the written I-HEP.

All I-HEP's will be sent out within one week of the receipt of the completed H-HIT, signed agreement and money order (or within two weeks of the receipt of the package if a personal check is sent.)
